Using this website

This website gives general information about plumbing services from Carteret 24/7 Plumbing in Carteret, NJ. The guides and blog posts are educational and are not a substitute for an inspection of your own plumbing. Do not rely on them in place of advice from a licensed plumber who has seen the problem.

Service by phone

Services are requested by phone at (718) 412-8453. A request is not a contract until we give you a price and you agree to it. We offer same-day appointments when our schedule allows, but we do not guarantee a specific arrival time, because traffic, weather and earlier emergencies change the day.

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

Pricing and payment

You receive a clear price before work starts. If the scope changes after we open a wall or inspect a line, we explain what changed and get your agreement before continuing. Emergency visits at night, on weekends and on holidays are priced as emergency visits. Payment terms are explained when the price is given.

Permits, landlords and access

Some plumbing work needs a permit from the borough or township, and permit rules vary, so ask the local construction office or us before work begins. Tenants should confirm with the owner or manager before approving repairs to equipment the owner provides. You agree to give safe access to the work area.

Warranties and limits

Any warranty on parts or labor is explained when we quote the job, and it covers only what we state at that time. We are not responsible for damage caused by conditions we could not see, by prior repairs by others or by delays outside our control, to the extent the law allows.

Nothing on this site limits rights you have under New Jersey or federal consumer law.
