Our site has no forms, accounts or checkout, so we do not collect information through the pages themselves. The main way we receive information is when you call. We may take your name, address, phone number and a description of your plumbing problem so we can schedule and complete the work.

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to write. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the request.

Call recording

Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start of the call. Recordings are used to review service quality and to settle disputes about what was discussed, and we keep them only as long as needed for those purposes.

Website data and third parties

We do not run advertising trackers on this site. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and an embedded Google Map, so your browser contacts Google when those load, and Google may receive technical data such as your IP address under its own privacy policy. Your host and network may also keep standard server logs.

If you tap a phone number on a mobile device, your phone carrier handles the call under its own terms.

How we use and share information

We use the information you give us to schedule visits, perform and bill for plumbing work, answer questions and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
